Chris Leaves Home

As some of you may be aware Chris has left home. It was not under the best of circumstances. There was a fight and the police were called. I had hoped that when he left we might be able to discuss it as adults, but as usual, where Chris is concerned it was not to be. My "whisper" is turning into a silent hush, that even I can't hear anymore.

Christopher and his new iPod

This is me having fun taking some pic's of Steph being your typical 21st century teen.

Pic's of Chris at his 18th b-day. He got an i-pod, new scriptures, and a fish. Happy 18th.
This is a really bad picture of Jake at his basketball game. Will put up new ones when I can.

This is Steph in her costume for her dance recital

30 January 2008

As I madly uploaded these photo's and tried to establish my brand new blog I realized what a blur october was. Chris homecoming dance, Steph's new piano being delivered, Jake getting a new belt in Karate and of course Halloween (never my favorite holiday). I never understood the whole crafty olympics that is Halloween. Oh well. When I next get a chance it will be on to November, December and January.
The cutest puppy ever!

Stephanies Birthday/Christmas gift. Her new piano.

Chris and his girlfriend dujour. This was Homecoming.

We had an "all together" birthday party at my house in September. It included Steph, Jake and my niece Megan and my nephew Brandon. Steph pushed Jake's face into the cake. He was less than thrilled.

This the "First Day of School" mandatory required school photo mom takes every year. Jake was waiting "patiently" for me to take the requisite photo! He is sitting on top of the boat with his back pack on his head. Some patience hey?!

Well I am finally joining the 21st century. The way I understand it, these go in reverse order, (newest on top) so I am trying to post the oldest photo I want on here first. This was taken in August I think. I am glad that my children have a healthy respect for the flag and for their country.
